1. I am a librarian
2. Some people think I am a pretty good one
3. I should have known that was what I should be, but went to school for journalism first
4. I have always lived in Rhode Island
5. I like living here
6. I am a Trekker
7. I have a younger brother who is a Marine (He's in Iraq)
8. I have a Ford Escape
9. My favorite color is blue
10. But my truck is green ... go figure!
11. I like all kinds of music, but prefer adult contemporary
12. I like to sing, but I am not sure other people like to listen
13. My lucky numbers are 3, 7, and 13 ... yes 13!
14. I like to cook
15. I never seem able to use a recipe without changing something
16. It is more fun to cook for guests
17. I am a political junkie
18. I am a registered Democrat, but I think I am too liberal for them
19. I think I like President Bartlett (The West Wing) better than President Allen (Commander in Chief)
20. I definitely like both of them better than President Bush
21. I am an Aries
22. I am a bicentennial baby ... Damn! All those fireworks and parties weren't for me!
23. My parents picked my name because it was the first one in the baby name book
24. I am into vampires ... maybe it is all the sucking
25. I don't own a cell phone or an MP3 player/iPod … or want one
26. My current favorite TV show is Battlestar Galactica
27. My favorite movie is While You Were Sleeping
28. I am one of the tallest people in my family ... and am just under 5'11
29. I am addicted to crossword puzzle and jumblers
30. I have a weakness for cookies
31. I have two dogs ... Belle (a beagle) and Jolie (a bassett hound)

27. Since it is stationary, I usually read the newspaper while I am on it

34. I am most comfortable in jeans and a sweatshirt

40. I don’t like boxers or briefs … I prefer the in betweenness of boxer-briefs

42. I like to stick to a regular routine
43. I get cranky when someone messes with it
44. It seems like I involved in a race: will my hair fall out before it goes gray?
46. I am a bit of a hypochondriac
47. I like to think that I am a good friend

84. I also wish I could do it through online course work

    I think I lean toward Bartlett because I knew him first. Of course, I only watched the show on DVD so I have only watched the first 4 seasons. I am starting Season 5 on DVD tonite. Maybe my views will change. I do like Mac, though!

    Cool AJ, it's fun to find out new things about people that you consider internet buddies. Where does RI stand on gay adoptions? In Florida it's okay to be a gay foster parent, but not to legally adopt! If you adopt here, you can receive a stipend, just like a foster parent does!!!

    We can adopt and be foster parents, but ironically they prefer single gay men doing it rather than gay couples. So much for family values. Maybe we should consider moving to the Sunshine state!

    One of the reasons I went into librarianship is that I SUCKED at math! The only numbers I have to deal with is the dewey decimal system ... and that is a secret code that doesn't really require math skills.
